Culture is inherent in a person because of one's upbringing as well as the environment. So if we need youth to build a world order to bring all human beings to enjoy the basic human rights of liberty, brotherhood and mutual understanding. Children should have these values not just for tolerance, but healthy respect and imbibing of other traditional values as a part of the school curriculum and upbringing.
