Every child is born with the right to education. Education is the most important aspect in every child's life. It prevents them from getting their dreams crushed. Because if their dreams are crushed, their mental and physical abilities will go down. Every child living in any country has the sole right of getting an education. Detaining children in the streets just because of the color of their skin, caste or religion is just wrong and is against the law. The constitution is there t...

The Earth is, surely, full of beauty; for everyone and from every perspective. This world, yet, is full of beauty for solely those who are able to commit to a peaceful lifestyle. Being able to detain such a peaceful lifestyle, despite all the negativities is another discussion which I am, sadly, not going to write about in this argument. Since, if we decided for elevating all the negativities in this article, it would surely go on with no end. As a consequence, this article is goin...

Once upon a time one needed significant means and resources to start a newspaper or a radio station; to reach large numbers of people with a message. The Internet changed this, but up until quite recently it was still necessary for a person to have technical knowledge, resources and access to the right technology in order to, for example, develop a website to share information and connect with others online. The explosion of the social web in the last few years has lowered the...

There are many poor, sick, underprivileged people in the world. Of course, all of us can say that we knew that. We can say that we saw it on the news one day or that our history teacher was discussing some vague issue in some ambiguous manner with us; but what are we doing about it? Poverty and suffering have a very obvious correlation that we can link with a slew of statistics and data. However, I'm not here to give you that litany of things. I'm here to do and help you do what...

I wrote a speech about Child Labor. I had the opportunity to deliver to a group of people about two years ago in a competition sponsored by the Rotary Club. Although prizes and medallions were far from the glitz of this serious event, I wanted to share with you all my speech. It is, perhaps, one of the most passionate addresses I've given, regardless of the text which lies so banally on this blank screen. Let me know what you think! Child Labor and the Never Ending Plague of...

The American government has shut down. After this past week's events and our bicameral legislature falling apart, American civilians are looking for a shining light ahead. In 1776, our founding fathers drafted a constitution to create a representative democracy. In this sense, Americans have had rights and regulations around them for centuries, it's part of this democratic culture. I am all for democracy, I mean I am perhaps the biggest advocate for democracy out there. Although...

All over the world, millions of young boys and girls are unable to get proper education. In countries like India, Nepal, Colombia and various parts of Africa, girls are often married off and boys are forced to work on the streets to earn a living for their family. Resources like clean water, food and shelter are perhaps not even available, however we must consider the premium of education. The key to ending the global chain, that perpetuates itself and has done so for centuries, is...

Have you ever felt alone? Scared, worried...hungry perhaps? One of the most common ways to cope with this is to reach out to an ultimate being. That natural spirit, be it person, animal, plant, etc., you have some supreme thing that you worship. Regardless of bad emotions/ feelings, you might even pray to this god when you feel good. But is it right for me to tell you what god to pray? Is it right for you tell me and chastise me if I do not? These are the questions of religious fre...
