At the end of the day, 8,620 children were vaccinated, bringing the total to 18,821 for the three-day campaign. Parents were happy, and children ran around, showing off proudly their marked little fingers.

Zero Conflict made people know about polio and its far more dangerous affects. We can eradicate polio if we fight against it together. We must save our children and our land.

Earlier this month, the WHO issued a travel ban on passengers without a polio vaccination certificate. One of these applied countries was Pakistan, where polio is a spreading problem. I, as a visitor to Pakistan for 2 years, now was to travel back abroad. I followed the news, got an international polio certificate after drinking two polio drops which were to protect me from the spreading disease.
