Don't worry, be happy!
Hello dear readers! I hope you've had or are having a wonderful week. If not, I hope you feel some form of happiness after reading that first sentence :) Why do I sound so optimistic and happy? Positive thinking reduces stress and provides you with better coping skills during hardships. Basically it just makes you feel great. Many studies have been conducted to support this fact too. Optimism is even believed to provide greater resistance to the common cold and cardiovascular diseases! My peers always say the most striking thing about me is that I'm always smiling and laughing, in good times as well as bad, and it's basically because I like the aura it gives out. I always have fun no matter who I'm hanging out with, and I usually can't feel depressed for more than a day.
So lets strive to make the people around us happy -- for their health
