The Constitution of India is the longestwritten constitution of any sovereign country in the world, containing 395 articles in 22 parts, 12 schedules and 115 amendments. Much before we pass the Janlokpal bill and add few more pages to the constitution (if it is passed with a constitutional status) we need to pass a very very important ACT or lets say add another Article to the constitution. The Parliamentary Discipline Act 2012. First, I think we need to understand that this constitution was built in 1949 and a lot has changed in our country since then and many of these laws and regulations might just not be applicable at these times

Inspite of being the largest democracy in the world, with a huge number of scientists, engineers and educated men. Our parliament is nothing but another example of a wild zoo and trust me it needs no description.
