Stephen explaining to 25 delegates on how to use different camera lenses.

25 young people between the ages of 15 and 18 years took part in a media training held at the Wildlife Society National Office in Lusaka, Zambia. In attendance was Mr. Stephen Kapambwe - a Photojournalist at a national newspaper agency- Times of Zambia. The training encouraged interpretation and creativity no matter what type of camera one uses, understanding the basics of how to tell a story through pictures, and understanding the basics of how to tell a story through pictures, composition of light and caption writing. The trainers did this by showing examples of their own work in different situations.

The In-Country Cordinators for the 'Connect Project' in Zambia will embark this week by visiting 10 schools among the 10 provinces of Zambia to help young people accelerate their action in creating positive change in their schools and communities via hands-on activities and media advocacy.
