Deforestation is a current problem that affects and will affect all population in a near future. The bigger demand and the necessity of a lot of objects as paper or wood to produce different products do that wood industry has to fell a lot of trees in places like the rain forest, which is the principal oxygen producer of the world. We all have to think about the problem that can produce for the future life this fact of the present.

Over the past month youth volunteers from all around the world have been testing UNICEF's new mapping system urgencyrank.unicef-gis.org. Their work is helping improve our ability to innovate and empower more young people as public advocates for the environment. Why did these young people volunteer to help?
