Now we've time to spend with our families and loved ones, we can discover our inner talent, follow our hobbies, learn new things, play with our pets, have proper sleep and many more.

We also have to take care of our mental health during this crisis. Stay positive. Do what you love. Meditation will help a lot. Digital detoxing can be done. Watching inspirational stories or talks. Throw waste and negative thoughts. Donate. Help people in need. Learn cooking/baking. Also spread awareness about hygiene and measures we can take to stay safe from covid-19 .
