A lot of teenagers from different ethnicities together

Every child is born with basic rights that have to be fulfilled during its childhood. These rights are for everyone regardless of their ethnicity, … You’ll probably already know that, but could you name the 12 of them? If the answer is no, continue reading.

Every child has the rights to be born well.
It’s important for an unborn child to be given a safe environment to be born in. This includes, for example, medical attention.

2. Every child has the rights to a wholesome family life.
Children deserve a loving family that will give them a perfect environment to learn values and morals.

3. Every child has the right to be raised well and become contributing members of society.
Childs personalities are shaped in their early years, so it's crucial that they are raised to know their worth.

4. Every child has the right to basic needs.
These basic rights are: proper healthcare, shelter, adequate clothing and a good diet.

5. Every child has the right to access what they need to have a good life.
Children have the right to be attended and given a good atmosphere to strengthen their personalities safely.

6. Every child has the right to education.
Children have the right to access schools or books to develop their intelligence.

7. Every child has the right to play and enjoy their youth.
Children have the right to attend activities meant for them to enjoy and to not be forced into ones for adults, like labor…

8. Every child has the right to be protected from danger.
This covers their physical and mental health. We must prevent children from abuse or accidents.

9. Every child has the right to live in a productive environment.
Children should be surrounded by inspiring communities and protected from bad influences.

10. Every child has the right to be cared for in the absence of their parent or guardian.

If a parent is absent, children have the right to be taken care of by the state, in order to have that absence fulfilled.

11. Every child has the right to good governance.
The governance of a country must be inspiring, in order for children to want to get involved when they are older.

12. Every child has the right to freedom and peace.
Children can be whatever they want, if they are not doing anything to disturb the peace or endangered their communities.

Did you knew all of them?
