Millions of people suffer in silence every day. This happens because not everyone has someone to talk to or a way to let everything out. But you don't always need a person to help. You can write everything down, on paper or online.
If you don't feel comfortable sharing your smallest problems or even the good things that happen, write them down instead. You can rant, share the excitement, and write whatever you need to get the weight off your chest. It doesn’t even have to make sense or be complete as long as it makes you feel better.
The moment something happens that I get upset with, or angers me, I find a couple of minutes alone and write it out on my phone notes. Even when I'm around people, I pull out my phone and write a little about everything I'm feeling at the moment. It allows me to move on from any unsettling feelings and feel better than before.
