My testimony; How I reduce stress in lockdown

STRESS AT HOME

In lockdown, I don't go to school, I don't walk in the park, I don't see my friends, and I don't visit my grandmother. I feel very stressed.

I feel happy when I do these activities:

I study from home, I write stories, I read marvel comics and I read books or ebooks.

 I paint the landscapes, I play the piano and I watch a series on netflix.

I listen to music from my favorite band "caifanes" and "queen", and I dance "rock and roll"

I read a bike and I call my friends and my family on WhatsApp.

I feel good when I help my mother and sister.

That makes me feel happy and calm!
