I am me

I am a girl with a big ego and ambition. Ever since I was a student, I consistently underestimated others, envied those who were better than me, and thought I was the best. When I was in 10th grade, I had many mental health problems. I was devastated and it really changed me a lot.

I suddenly realize I am just me, Thao. What most people and I do every day is try to survive in the world and make our dreams come true, and that's completely normal. Those distorted thoughts only destroyed me, and didn't help me find myself or make me better. The only thing left is to be kind to others and yourself.
