Courage, strength, altruism ... That's what we think when we see medical workers. However, stepping aside and removing the mask, our heroes show their real face, the face of exhausted people who are continuously fighting with their fragile hands for life ... for our life and for their life ... Let's support them, let's give them back what they give us every day, their courage, strength, altruism. Keep distance, wear masks, wash your hands, help the local hospital with what they need, help the medical workers and volunteers. These are small steps to a big victory.
For every coronavirus cured patient, there is a whole team of medical workers who work 24/7. They give hope that we all must continue to fight for the future and never lose hope. They calm the patients and become their family in the hospital, taking care of their physical and mental health. Family ... I always thought that only those who have known each other for a long time, who have gone through all the hardships, become family. Now I'm glad I was wrong. During these six months, all over the world, strangers help each other, share everything they have. Isn't that magic?
To: all doctors and nurses From: humanity Doctors and nurses, we know it's been a long time preventing the spread of the pandemic. It's impossible to describe what you feel now, it's impossible to imagine what you see now. We appreciate you and everything you gave up in order to help us. We also remember the lost ones and their efforts to light up the world. We carry their lights in our hearts. We believe in you, doctors and nurses, we love you!
Recently, I was thinking a lot about cyberbullying. I imagine cyberbullying as space full of sharks. I imagine it as a dangerous adventure for every child and adult. If you feel really bad and you think that everything will remain so forever, I hug you tightly. Many people will understand you and accept you as you are. I will share with my secret how I get rid of a bad mood and any pressure. Every day I go to the window to look at the starry sky. Sometimes the sky is obscured by thick clouds, giving no chance for little stars to shine bright. But as soon as the wind drives away the clouds, I...
Being under quarantine for a long time has a huge impact on me and my thoughts. I started to enjoy simple things, like saying good morning to my parents, asking them about their childhood and etc. I know, it sounds strange, I find strange to think that all this time I didn't "see" my parents, I didn't talk to them about the universe, nature, politics, food. On the one hand, I am very happy to realize it now. On the other hand, I wish it would happen under different circumstances (without pandemic and all negative thoughts). If you read this, please, make one cup of magic and share it with your...
Doctors and nurses are so busy to take care of everyone all day and night. We all know, they are super tired, flying from one door to another to save lives. That's why we need to support them! Don't buy everything in the store, after hard work they are very tired to search for what they need somewhere else. Wash your hands, keep your distance and stay positive! We believe in all of you, dear doctors and nurses!
The quarantine gave us an opportunity to face the things that we didn't have time to think before. It is time to start your own adventure in your head. You will feel more confident and calm. My own adventure started two weeks ago. I started planning what I would do, what I would eat, what I would read ... It is easy to write down your plan, but pretty hard to follow, haha. (There is a cool expression that my parents used to tell: To have the fruit you must climb the tree.). At first, I was distracted by everything. I read that meditations are very useful, so I googled how what to do: sit on...

Your superpower is to support them and help to create a comfortable space to work or study. This will benefit not only you but the whole family!
Imagine your school as a solar system. Your teacher is the sun because she/he helps you learn a lot, overcome difficulties and build the future. And you are a planet, you can choose any of them. To study in class, you must pass a soap belt. And don't worry about viral asteroids, as long as you wash your hands and wear a mask, they will fly by you.
There are giants among us. They are fighting with the second wave on the front line. It is easy to recognize them. Look at their tired eyes and you will see the kind hearts. They are everywhere and with everyone. They are not sleeping and waiting for patients to come. Let's help our giants to save more lives and to come back.
In Kyrgyzstan, not everyone is wearing masks or keeping a distance, some are even gathering for public events. I read an "interesting" conclusion from someone who had had COVID: "all people have already had COVID, why should I still need to keep a distance or wear a mask?" Such irresponsibility scares me. So I decided to draw why I follow such small, but very important rules. Why? Cos I care about you.
We are all trying to hide our real feelings because we are afraid to hurt someone or face the truth or other reasons. But is it worth it? You can start with yourself and then tell people. It is a huge step that will help you to understand yourself and others. Thank you for being honest and inspiring other!
