Self Care: the adventure in your head
The quarantine gave us an opportunity to face the things that we didn't have time to think before. It is time to start your own adventure in your head. You will feel more confident and calm. My own adventure started two weeks ago. I started planning what I would do, what I would eat, what I would read ... It is easy to write down your plan, but pretty hard to follow, haha. (There is a cool expression that my parents used to tell: To have the fruit you must climb the tree.). At first, I was distracted by everything. I read that meditations are very useful, so I googled how what to do: sit on...
Impact of COVID-19 in our lives
Mostly this pandemic has left our lives in distraught and has tipped our axises, it has come as a surprise to some of us and has changed the way we live and the things we did on a daily basis. The lockdown has made us realise the importance of actually appreciating the things and people that we take for granted, but what it has taught us is the spirit of togetherness and giving a helping to others and helping where one can. It has come to show us that money and material things are not as important as human life and caring for each other in times of need, it has shown how much greatness can...
Retaining Sanity in Insane Times : COVID’19
Today, the world has come to a standstill. Everything that mattered suddenly seems inconsequential. The global pandemic - COVID’19 has compelled us to remain in lockdown. However Indians may be better equipped to handle this crisis. I see people around the world on the internet taking it very hard psychologically and emotionally being restricted to their houses. It led me to wonder how so many Indians and families around me are managing to stay afloat. The cultural tradition of India is an amalgamation of numerous different cultures. Practices such as yoga and meditation prevalent throughout...
Emotional Hygiene: Loneliness
A few years ago, I attended a weekend camp for young people, during which I met several new people, done several different activities, and by the end of the first day, I was completely exhausted. By the time that everyone was called to dinner, I was really looking forward to sitting down with my friends and chatting about how cool today was. But then something strange happened. As I was walking through the campsite, I saw that everyone was heading up together, and I was the only one walking by myself. Up ahead, I could see my group of friends walking side by side, engaged in a lively...

It's so easy to take care of people, say few kind words like "Everything will be ok soon" or "Don't worry" or "I know how you feel" and etc. Stay safe together! Take care of each other!
You + spaceship "Knowledge"
During the pandemic, we learned many useful lessons. We learned a lot of the forgotten. Our world has changed. Will we change? For me, the pandemic has revealed a lot of things. Honestly, this knowledge was too much to digest in this short time. And I appreciate every bunch of this knowledge. Indeed, this knowledge will help to cope with the pandemic, find the right treatment and never forget what has been learned, value everything and everyone, value life, and hope that everything is not in vain.
Why it's important to take mental health days
Scream
The Scream' is a popular painting created by artist, Edvard Munch. With this painting I have painted a twist to the original painting. I have added a face mask and a visor over the face of the screaming man. This is meant to portray the time we are in as we are currently surrounded by the COVID-19 pandemic.
